TEXPERS Announces 2022 Sliver Sponsors of Summer Educational Forum

Texas Association of Public Retirement Pension Systems, a statewide nonprofit organization providing education to trustees and administrators of public employee pension funds, is pleased to announce Federated Hermes, Wolf Popper, and Napier Park as sponsors of its upcoming conference in El Paso, Texas. The firms are Silver Sponsors of TEXPERS' 2022 Summer Educational Forum Aug. 21-23 at Hotel Paso Del Norte in El Paso, Texas.

"We are grateful to have these firms partner with us in our mission to provide high-quality education to the trustees and administrators of those managing the pension benefits of public employees across the Lone Star State," said Art Alfaro, TEXPERS' executive director. "Our staff is excited to have our association’s system members join us and our amazing list of sponsors in El Paso to learn from an outstanding lineup of presenters providing industry insights on pension management, governance and investments."

TEXPERS' members are trustees, administrators, professional service providers, and employee groups that manage the retirement money of police officers, firefighters, and municipal and district employees in Texas. TEXPERS has 68 member pension systems that manage $32.7 billion in retirement assets for 57,728 active members and 60,737 retirees and beneficiary annuitants.

Each year, TEXPERS holds an Annual Conference in the spring and a Summer Educational Forum in August. In April, approximately 530 people attended the Association's Annual Conference in Fort Worth.

From Aug. 21-23, the 2022 Summer Educational Forum's Silver Sponsors will join the previously announced lead Gold Keynote Sponsors - Amundi Asset Management and TerraCap Management - in supporting the Forum. The event, hosted and arranged by TEXPERS, features networking and professional development, including investment industry, governance, fiduciary, and governance topics related to public pension management.

Additional sponsors of the Forum include Bronze Sponsors Applied Real Intelligence, Cohen & Steers, Constitution Capital Partners, Invesco, PNC Institutional Asset Management, and TA Realty; Event Sponsors Berman Tabacco and Parametric; Lanyard Sponsor Public Employees 1031 DST; Pre-Conference Sponsors Arrowmark Partners, AndCo, Barrow Hanley Global Investors, Cohen Milstein, Cooke & Bieler, Financial Services Capital Partners, Garcia Hamilton & Associates, Labaton Sucharow, Pension Technology Group, Rastegar, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd, and William Blair; and Pre-Conference First Responders Game Night Ticket Sponsors JT Trevino, Seizert Capital Partners, and Victory Capital; and TEXPERS Golf Tournament Sponsor Garcia Hamilton & Associates.
