The U.S. Social Security Administration established the Retirement and Disability Research Consortium in 2018. The Center for Retirement Research at Boston College receives support under the Consortium to conduct and disseminate research along with its partner organizations: Mathematica – Center for Studying Disability Policy, Syracuse University, the Urban Institute, and the Brookings Institution.
